Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition
  • Damage must be proven by a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of receiving the parcel

How to Claim

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and the damaged item
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our website or social media
  3. Share the video as proof
  4. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in PKR

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • No video proof provided
  • Damage reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer in PKR
